Job Summary
Cycle Counter in Olive Branch, MS; perform cycle counts per daily requirements and investigate discrepancies, operate per Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure Right First Time product, assist in following up on customer concerns and sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues, deliver required throughput to support customer requirements, work as needed to meet production goals and KPIs, move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins according to customer requirements, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or GED and forklift certification; ability to read safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions; willingness to undergo training; strong teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior Forklift Certification
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
- Willingness to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs
