Job Summary
Cycle Counter on 1st shift responsible for daily cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Verifies counts against WMS records, updates inventory data, and operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, order picker, RF). Communicates discrepancies or constraints to supervisors and teams, and adheres to safety/OSHA standards. Supports inbound/outbound inventory integrity and helps ensure customer orders are complete and on time through accurate counting, labeling, and data recording.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- 6 months warehousing/material handling experience (preferred)
- Forklift or reach truck certification (if required by the role)
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Basic computer proficiency: use of scanners, tablets, or WMS software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and recording data
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to meet KPIs
- Experience with inventory control, audits, and reconciliation
