Job Summary
Conduct physical counts of stock, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in the inventory system for cycles and accessories. Monitor and ensure the safety of cyclists while providing customer service and handling sales transactions. Assist in resolving customer complaints and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues with cycle counters using hand tools. Coordinate with production and inventory management personnel to verify materials and track inventory. Perform duties as a lead in a manufacturing environment, working independently with good communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cycle counter systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with cycle counters
- Skilled in the use of mechanical and electrical hand tools
- Knowledge of cycle counter specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of working experience with the role of a lead in a manufacturing environment
- English language and knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as a pre-condition of employment
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds
