Job Summary
Perform cycle counts by location using ABC classification to meet count requirements and aid in finding root causes of errors in production reporting, transfers, and other related issues. Assist PIC Supervisor with physical inventories and help production reporters identify root causes to variances. Utilize root cause analysis to detect other transaction errors and back up shipping and receiving as needed. Complete other projects related to inventory control as required. This 1st shift role involves 8 hours of work and requires training in inventory, transactions, production reporting, cycle counting, shipping and receiving, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Forklift certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Training in inventory, transactions, production reporting, cycle counting, shipping and receiving
- Problem solving skills to find root causes to problems
- Some lifting up to 40 lbs required
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience is preferred
