Cycle Count Associate, Goodyear - Part Time

Job Summary
Set up cycle counts in the system and assign aisles to monitor inventory progress. Physically count, move boxes, and use lifts to verify inventory accuracy. Reassign aisles needing completion and research shortages or overages. Monitor and reconcile the NIL report for unlocated stock. Operate powered equipment as assigned. Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors. Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Work independently and as part of a team while using computers and handheld technology. Lift and move up to 50 lbs. Perform duties involving prolonged standing, walking, reaching, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand and interpret employment policies, instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
- Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis
- Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing
- Testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification
