Job Summary
Deliver Cyberspace Operations training to Department of Defense personnel as a CO Instructor for Wireless Technologies in Pensacola, FL. Develop CO training curriculum (lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations). Provide classroom instruction and conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment for up to twenty students per class. Incorporate technical knowledge into training delivery, assess student proficiency, and deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities. Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship. Certifications in wireless networking (IEEE 802.11 basics, security protocols) are relevant; DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
- In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
- Experience in adult learning with an emphasis on providing instruction to large classes.
