Job Summary
Provide deep technical expertise on C4 systems operating in the USINDOPACOM AOR and advise on SATCOM, terrestrial, and tactical network dependencies. Support characterization of mission partner network environments and identify technical gaps and resilience vulnerabilities in theater C4 infrastructure. Serve as HQ technical authority for C4 systems during travel team deployment periods and contribute to decision-support products for commander-level consumption. Provide remote technical support to deployed travel teams as required while supporting the PACOM J6 with C4/Cyber technical authority.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years with BS/BA
- Minimum of 14 years with MS/MA
- Minimum of 10 years with Ph.D.
- Will consider HS+20 or Associates +18
- Hands-on experience with theater C4 systems (SATCOM terminals, tactical radios, network infrastructure)
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM communications architecture and mission partner connectivity
- Familiarity with JADC2 concepts and multi-domain operations
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
Desired Qualifications
- Prior military or DoD contractor experience in the Indo-Pacific theater
