Job Summary
Propose, install, configure, and maintain a suite of cybersecurity tools across environments (e.g., CorpsNet, SIPRNet, cloud, DMZ) to support network cybersecurity operations and incident response. Responsibilities include integrating SIEM data, conducting threat detection and vulnerability scanning, maintaining secure configurations and documentation, deploying new tools, and collaborating with cybersecurity, network, and incident response teams to align tool capabilities with mission needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience proposing, developing, installing, managing, maintaining, integrating, and configuring cybersecurity tools across enterprise environments
- Proficiency in threat detection and prevention tools, traffic segmentation controls, data rights management technologies, SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanning tools, and defensive cyberspace operations infrastructure
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity toolsets across environments such as CorpsNet, SIPRNet, cloud platforms, DMZs, and network boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to maintain secure configurations, monitor performance, and contribute to new tool deployment
- Preferred Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CAP, or similar cybersecurity credentials
- Familiarity with SIEM integration, automation, and orchestration technologies
- Ability to maintain documentation, diagrams, and system baselines with high accuracy
- Eligibility Requirements Must be a US citizen (No Dual Citizenship) Must possess an active Secret clearance
