Job Summary

Lead enterprise cybersecurity operations, manage RMF and ATO activities, and oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity engineers. Direct vulnerability management, SOC operations, incident response, and penetration testing while driving compliance initiatives for the DC3 Authorizing Official and Cybersecurity Directorate. Coordinate with Government AO and ISSM to ensure mission-critical systems comply with DoD policies and standards. Provide technical leadership for a large-scale Department of Defense modernization effort, supporting cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model with core hours of 0600–1700 Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years cybersecurity leadership
  • Experience with RMF
  • Experience leading enterprise cyber programs
  • Experience with vulnerability management
  • Experience supporting SOC operations
  • Active TS clearance
  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations
  • Hybrid work model
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
