Job Summary

Administer, configure, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform, including application development, patching, upgrades, and custom scripting using JavaScript. Support AWS cloud environments, Linux systems, MariaDB databases, and API integrations while troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues across integrated environments. Develop secure, scalable solutions by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating manual processes, and applying AI capabilities to workflow efficiency. Maintain LDAP identity management and ensure secure data exchange between systems in a mission-critical environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current CI Polygraph
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT systems in secure or mission-critical environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, configuration, or integration
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating system administration
  • Experience supporting AWS cloud environments
  • Experience developing or supporting system integrations and APIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning applications, infrastructure, databases, and cloud services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience serving as a ServiceNow Developer and/or ServiceNow Administrator
  • Advanced ServiceNow platform configuration and customization experience
  • Strong Linux system administration skills
  • Experience designing, deploying, or supporting AWS cloud architectures
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, particularly within ServiceNow
  • Experience administering MariaDB databases
  • Experience with Amazon RDS
  • Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting REST APIs or other system integrations
  • Experience configuring or administering LDAP and enterprise identity-management solutions
  • Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, pipelines, and automated software deployment
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications or ServiceNow workflows
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and secure engineering practices applicable to classified environments
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • AWS Certified Developer
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140/8570-aligned certification, as applicable to the position
