Cybersecurity Supervisor/Manager

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, manage timelines for competing initiatives, and execute strategic programs aligned with organizational objectives. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the cybersecurity team while developing and maintaining security architectures, standards, and roadmaps for identity, cloud, endpoint, and network security. Oversee monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response, leading investigations and coordinating with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities. Partner with IT, Audit, Legal, and business leaders to assess risks, support compliance initiatives including SOX and ITGC, and develop targeted awareness programs for executives and employees. Maintain current knowledge of evolving threats and regulatory requirements to translate developments into actionable recommendations.
