Job Summary
Lead workforce planning, budget management, and procurement lifecycle activities across Global Cybersecurity, partnering with senior leadership on resource, financial, and operational decisions. Manage annual budget planning, spend tracking, and vendor governance while developing dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic investment. Drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse to identify resource optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, and vendor categories. Prepare executive materials and business cases that align workforce and financial resources with high-priority cyber risk and regulatory needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, and Risk to support time-sensitive leadership requests and annual planning cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, or related disciplines
- PMP certification
- Lean Six Sigma certification
