Job Summary

Lead cybersecurity projects and teams from planning through implementation, delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Supervise risk assessments, security audits, and security solution implementations while developing tailored cybersecurity strategies. Provide expert technical guidance to junior consultants and conduct workshops to train internal teams and clients on best practices. Prepare project reports and presentations to communicate results, while staying current on emerging threats and technologies. This role involves working on national and international transformation projects within Deloitte's global Cyber center of excellence, utilizing frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
  • 3-6 years of proven professional experience in cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience applying security frameworks and standards, namely ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, including translating them into operational controls and processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIS2, with the ability to support compliance initiatives, gap assessments, and the implementation of requirements in complex environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to travel as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including the design and implementation of identity models, access control, and governance (IGA)
  • Experience with solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk (PAM)
  • Experience in Security Operations and SIEM platforms, including implementation, tuning, and operation of use cases, with exposure to tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or Elastic
  • Experience in Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including data classification, policy definition, and control implementation; exposure to tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP (Broadcom), Forcepoint, or Netskope
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CompTIA Security+)
