Job Summary
Lead information security risk management initiatives by facilitating risk assessments, managing audit fulfillment, and governing business data and records. Coordinate with IT, Corporate Security, and Operations leadership to align cybersecurity practices across shared services functions, ensuring consistent enterprise-wide risk posture. Monitor adherence to information security controls, respond to audits and examinations, and remediate risks while coaching associates to improve security awareness. Develop tactical plans, establish measurable goals, and produce after-action reports for senior leadership. Assist with PCI DSS compliance testing and serve as a cybersecurity subject matter resource for operational initiatives. This hybrid role requires living within 30 miles of the Lincoln, Nebraska office for three days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Four to six years risk management or closely related field
- Proficient in the NIST SP 800 53 rev 5 and NIST RMF risk management frameworks
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (Service Now, Archer, SAP, Logic Gate, other)
- High degree of literacy in information system processes, PC's, end-user computing controls, website controls, systems development, infrastructure management, and information security software
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Risk Management, CISA, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or other information security certifications
- Exposure and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence toolsets and applying them to cybersecurity risk management use cases
