Job Summary
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff while consulting with clients to define needs or problems. Deliver detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and maintenance efforts for mission-critical challenges. Supervise studies, lead surveys to collect and analyze data, and oversee the efforts of less senior staff assigned to the contract. Ensure successful delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, and Staffing Plans. Maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative during core business hours (0830-1730 EST) and respond to requests within four hours. Support the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International Affairs Support Services contract.
Required Qualifications
- Domestic and International travel
- Drug screening
- U.S. Citizenship
- Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Eight years of related experience supporting government agencies
- Strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
- Detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts
- Consult with client to define need or problem
- Supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
- Oversee the efforts of less senior staff
- Maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during core business hours (0830-1730 EST)
- Respond to requests within four hours
- Ensure successful delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, and Staffing Plans
