Job Summary
Cybersecurity Project Manager responsible for translating approved initiatives into structured project plans with milestones, dependencies and delivery sequencing; tracking progress, risks, issues and dependencies; maintaining delivery transparency for stakeholders and the Manager Program Management; documenting and escalating risks and blockers; raising formal escalation when delivery dates or scope are at risk; and supporting informed decision-making by presenting facts and options from a delivery perspective while leaving domain, risk and priority decisions to accountable roles. Requires a university degree in CS/IT or related field, PMP/PRINCE2 certification, fluent English, familiarity with ISO/IEC standards (27001, 62443), NIS2, CRA, cybersecurity/IT security project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Hybdrid work model in Poland (Krakow).
Required Qualifications
- university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- professional project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2
- business-fluent English
- familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, ISO/IEC 62443, CRA
- experience in project management, specifically in cybersecurity or IT security projects
- strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies
- excellent organizational, and communication skills
- willingness to travel occasionally
