Cybersecurity Program Manager (PgM) & Incident Response (IR) Lead

Job Summary
Lead overall execution of cybersecurity task area activities across governance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), incident response, threat hunting, engineering, and training to ensure mission resiliency. Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, system owners, and Information System Security Managers while overseeing IR coordination, escalation, reporting, and corrective action follow-through. Direct cross-functional teams to align with federal and agency cybersecurity requirements, developing integrated strategies, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms that combine operational, administrative, procedural, technical, and training measures. Ensure all deliverables, work products, and program outputs meet quality standards and contract requirements. This onsite role in Albuquerque, NM, requires a U.S. citizen with a security clearance to oversee delivery of enterprise cybersecurity services across IT and OT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in federal cybersecurity program leadership and IR management
- Familiarity with RMF, continuous monitoring, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) management and federal security compliance requirements
- Ability to lead matrixed teams and coordinate across technical, operational and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation capabilities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking
- Applicants must currently be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, in compliance with federal contract requirements
