Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Deliver pre-sales technical support by conducting solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for customers while analyzing requirements to design suitable cybersecurity architectures. Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and tender responses, then support sales activities including client meetings and technical discussions. Work closely with internal technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and assist in project handover from pre-sales to implementation teams. Provide technical consultation on security best practices and support post-sales activities for solution clarification and optimizations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields
- Willingness to work on-site in Puchong
- Able to attend face-to-face interviews
- Strong understanding of: Network security, Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Endpoint security, Cloud security, SIEM / SOC solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to design and propose integrated security solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 40 training hours annually
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory), such as: CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA Security, Fortinet / Palo Alto / Check Point / Cisco certifications
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
