Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong partnership while monitoring workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. Proactively address operational challenges by escalating critical issues with transparency, and provide regular performance reports highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and at least five years of operations management experience, preferably with cloud technologies and cybersecurity frameworks. Based in Singapore, this role supports Ensign InfoSecurity's services in cybersecurity advisory, implementation, monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- At least FIVE (5) years of experience in operations management
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in written and presentation
- Customer focus and process oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS delivery models
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and incident management
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic client environments
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions
