Job Summary
Govern cybersecurity services by establishing frameworks that ensure accountability, clear decision-making, and defined escalation paths across internal teams and strategic partners. Monitor service performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to identify emerging risks, hold delivery partners to their commitments, and drive recovery efforts when targets are missed. Manage third-party provider onboarding, evaluate performance against agreed deliverables, and maintain transparent reporting on status, risks, and outcomes for executive stakeholders. Continuously improve governance maturity and operational oversight by shaping evolving performance standards and driving best practices across the cybersecurity estate. This hybrid role is based in Reston, VA or Houston, TX, with an annual salary range of $105,500 to $243,000.

- Equivalent hands on experience to Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience leading service governance, operational oversight, service delivery, or strategic partner management
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, IT service management, governance and risk
- Track record of building and running governance frameworks
- Executive-level reporting
- Strong understanding of service management principles including KPI, SLA, and performance management
- Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ideally based in Reston, VA or Houston, TX
- Onsite work at an HPE office
- Hybrid role availability
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar program management certification
- Experience in large, global enterprise environments
- Experience with cybersecurity services, managed services, or strategic technology partners
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent cybersecurity certification
