Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager at Global C2 Integration Technologies will lead and oversee cybersecurity activities supporting mission systems within a Secure Computing Environment. Key responsibilities include establishing cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with government requirements, and maintaining oversight of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The role demands extensive experience with NIST SP 800-series standards and Risk Management Framework (RMF) execution, alongside management of cybersecurity for enterprise systems. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over a decade of cybersecurity experience, preferably in classified environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-series standards and RMF
- Experience managing cybersecurity efforts for enterprise or mission systems
- Experience overseeing security for Windows and/or Linux environments
- Demonstrated experience in task planning, scheduling, and team coordination
- Experience in classified or secure computing environments
- Experience leading IPTs or cross-functional engineering teams
