Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Engineer

Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework while supporting vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and disaster recovery planning. Administer and optimize core systems across servers, networks, and cloud environments including Azure and M365, acting as the Tier III escalation point for complex technical issues. Lead end-to-end desktop support strategy by automating new hire provisioning, hardware imaging, and role-based access control to ensure a secure, seamless onboarding experience. Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure Services and technology teams to establish security standards, manage risk, and enforce controls across identity, access management, and data protection. Assist with system architecture, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain the integrity and performance of the entire technical infrastructure.
