Job Summary
Hands-on IAM Analyst role within the Information Security group at CAA focusing on managing identity and access provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, attestation, and governance. Contributes to automation of identity workflows, RBAC modeling, and audit readiness; collaborates with HRIS and service desk; supports both operational execution and governance in a fast-paced, cloud-enabled environment, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Nashville.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years in Information Technology
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Identity Management
- Knowledge of MFA and compensating controls for identity
- Knowledge of privilege identity management, privileged access management, and concepts of just in time provisioning, just enough access, and principal of least privilege
- Familiarity with scripting in at least one of the following languages: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript
- A deep understanding of user lifecycle management; including provisioning/de-provisioning, access requests, user entitlements and audit & validations
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML and OpenID frameworks
- Building and using REST APIs
- SCIM provisioning and integration
- Experience creating and supporting fully identity framework or IDaaS
- Understanding of the NIST framework and using a continuous improvement loop
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and network scanning tools
- RBAC, entitlement catalogs
- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, AD Connect
- Experience with scripting and automation
