Job Summary
Senior Cybersecurity and Human Factors SME for aviation ATM systems and operational environments. Lead advisory activities across ATM modernization, review cybersecurity and human factors aspects of systems, procedures, and interfaces (HMIs, CWPs, digital platforms). Support cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, access-control evaluations, system hardening, and operational resilience activities. Assess human performance risks (workload, situational awareness, usability, fatigue, procedural complexity, human error potential) and develop maintainable cybersecurity and human factors requirements, assurance evidence, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, regulatory, V&V, IT/OT security, suppliers, and stakeholders; report risks and readiness to governance forums. Ensure compliance with ICAO cybersecurity frameworks and ergonomic standards such as ISO 11064; provide SME recommendations and escalate critical risks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ergonomics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- or related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, Human Factors certification, or equivalent are desirable
