Job Summary
Analyze cybersecurity requirements from regulations, standards, and customers to ensure fulfillment via traceability. Shape a unified requirements engineering concept by collaborating with affected teams and aligning it with organizational goals. Drive the rollout of defined cybersecurity processes and activities while performing training for developers and other departments. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and EU Data Act. Support the creation of a holistic concept for cybersecurity requirements engineering across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security
- Expertise in requirements engineering: Experience in performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in the discipline of OT or product security
- Skills in using requirements engineering tools like Polarion, MagicDraw or DOORS
- Experience with defining, rolling out and training processes in an enterprise organization
- Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, ISO27001)
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and iterative planning, and backlog management
