Job Summary
Cybersecurity Engineer with an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance, onsite in the Washington DC area (DC/MD/VA). Requires a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience and advanced certifications (CISSP, CEH, or IAM Level II). Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity programs, conducting vulnerability assessments, managing incident response, ensuring compliance with NIST 800-53, ICD 503, and FISMA, implementing security controls and testing, and coordinating security teams. Strong skills in cyber defense, encryption, security tools, and network architecture are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience
- CISSP, CEH, or IAM Level II certification
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST 800-53, ICD 503, FISMA)
- Experience with vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Experience with SIEM tools and security automation
- Strong technical skills in cyber defense, encryption, security tools, and network architecture
