Job Summary
Full Stack Software Engineer III (C#/.NET) on the Identity and Access Engineering team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure identity and access experiences that protect critical information. Lead squad delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product managers and architects to evolve the global IAM platform using microservices, Azure cloud tooling (AKS, Docker, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus), and modern CI/CD practices. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and scaling across a globally distributed organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience utilizing .NET Core/.NET Framework and web technologies
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- 2+ years of cloud experience (Azure), preferably including experience building cloud native applications using Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and Service Bus
- Advanced application development experience using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies in microservices applications
- Proficiency delivering mobile-first experiences using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3
- Expertise with database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Proven knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms)
- Experience with modern, full-stack CI/CD technologies such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational precision and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and a global organization
