Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity aspects of bid proposal processes by analyzing RFQs, RFPs, PWS, and SOWs to define compliant solutions, estimate effort, and draft proposal sections. Compile deliverables including system diagrams, CCI lists, and STIG checklists while performing preventive maintenance on networks via software updates, backup testing, and SCAP/NESSUS scans. Drive the RMF process from categorization through monitoring and interface with Authorizing Officials regarding ATO actions. Mentor a team of electronic technicians, supervise Electronic Security Systems implementation across client facilities, and address security issues to maximize uptime. Manage the Systems Integration Laboratory's operations and growth while collaborating with client IT teams to maintain compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience
- U.S. Citizens
- CompTIA Sec+
- CCNA
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in Active Directory
- Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in Full Server Stacks
- Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in Switches
- Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in ATO/ATC processes
- Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in Systems Administration
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in C+/++/#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, LUA, or similar languages
- CEH or CISSP
- Knowledge of federal standards to include UFC 4-010-06, DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 800‐53, and 800‐82
- A board background and experience with the design, installation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems
- Relevant experience and/or certification in LenelS2
- Relevant experience and/or certification in AMAG
- Relevant experience and/or certification in Genetec
- Relevant experience and/or certification in Milestone
- Relevant experience and/or certification in Hirsch
- Relevant experience and/or certification in Software House C-CURE 9000
