Job Summary
Design, implement and manage Data Protection and Data Security solutions to support CAA’s data protection program. Focus on safeguarding structured and unstructured data stored across SaaS applications, cloud storage, and custom applications, with emphasis on Microsoft Purview, Endpoint DLP, and related data security tools. Develop comprehensive plans for managing data across the enterprise, partner with technology teams to implement best practices for Microsoft Purview (DLP, DPM, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Lifecycle Management), conduct data discovery, classification and risk assessment across repositories (OneDrive, SharePoint, SaaS, and custom solutions), and integrate data protection controls with security/workflow toolsets (SIEM, EDR, ServiceNow/JIRA). Configure and manage Endpoint DLP policies to prevent or monitor data exfiltration, collaborate with business groups to improve security workflows, and deliver security metrics through IRM leadership to ensure controls meet objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Information Technology
- 3+ years’ experience in data protection, Data Loss Prevention or information security engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft data security and data compliance technologies
