Job Summary
Monitor CIB Cyber Strategy delivery across EMEA, AMER, and APAC by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies for assigned entities. Collect and challenge maturity evidence against cyber-requirements, prepare committee materials including minutes and action tracking, and coordinate with stakeholders at management levels. Develop standard operational success indicators, validate reporting pipelines, and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort using Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools. Synthesize complex technical data into high-level risk assessments and defend reasoned positions during pre-submission alignment with Group reviewers.

- IT knowledge: global understanding of IT processes, assets and solutions
- Business/IT relationship: ability to understand business needs
- Cybersecurity maturity frameworks and assessment methodologies
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint): data manipulation and executive presentation
- SharePoint: administration and data management
- Power BI: dashboarding and reporting
- Power Automate / SharePoint: workflow automation
- AI / LLM tools: hands-on exposure to practical use-cases
- English fluent
- French is an optional plus
