Job Summary
Cybersecurity Consultant supporting CMMC client engagements, including as-is security assessments, compliance analysis, and remediation planning. Role involves POAM identification/tracking, working with client stakeholders to achieve CMMC compliance, delivering strategies, documentation, and policies to implement and maintain compliance, and leading client gap analyses and remediation plans. Requires 4+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience; familiarity with CMMC (NIST 800-171) and CUI; Security+ or equivalent; CMMC-RP certification within 90 days; strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders; commitment to helping clients improve cybersecurity posture in line with evolving standards. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with CMMC (NIST 800-171) and CUI
- Security+ or more advanced certification required or equivalent work experience
- CMMC-RP certification required 90 days after employment.
