Job Summary
Cybersecurity Awareness Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve Skechers’ global security awareness and phishing simulation program. Responsible for developing targeted campaigns and original content (e-learning modules, videos, infographics, threat advisories), translating threat intelligence into employee education, delivering role-based and enterprise-wide training, and collaborating with Security Operations, Incident Response, HR, IT, Communications, and business stakeholders. Drive measurable behavior change by improving phishing susceptibility, reporting rates, and time-to-report; develop dashboards for leadership; stay current with evolving phishing techniques and social engineering. Hands-on execution with strong creativity and analytics to influence a diverse, global workforce.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security awareness, training, e-learning or related disciplines
- Direct experience supporting or operating a security awareness program
- Strong understanding of phishing, social engineering, and threat actor tactics
- Ability to translate technical threats into engaging content for non-technical audiences
- Experience creating original content including training materials and awareness campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret behavior data and metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in retail or ecommerce environments
- Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
- Relevant certifications are a plus
