Job Summary
Lead the Cybersecurity Assessment Strategic Operations function for JPMorganChase's Supplier Assurance Services, delivering regular, high-impact reports and presentations to executives. Translate complex cybersecurity data into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, define SAS strategy, and support leadership decisions. Collaborate with CPTO and SAS leaders to turn datasets into stories, drive data-driven process improvements, and lead special projects in support of the Global Head of SAS and regional leads. Proficient in turning analytics into compelling executive presentations using tools such as Excel, Archer GRC, Tableau or Quick Sight, and PowerPoint; possess strong executive presence and storytelling skills to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and regulators where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-facing roles with strong data-driven, decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Strong ability to synthesize and interpret complex technical detail into plain business language
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Archer GRC, Tableau, Quick Sight) to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication and executive storytelling skills
- Team-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of risk management and control principles
- Experience working in cross-functional/global teams
