Job Summary
Cybersecurity Architect to spearhead global security framework strategy for DCI, aligning with CIS compliance, cloud security, and AWS CI/CD security guidelines. Responsibilities include architectural evaluation across GRC, IAM, PAM, EDR, SOC, SIEM; security assessment of IAM, PAM, EDR, SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, and GRC; defining target-state and transition architecture; providing advisory and architectural authority; identifying architectural risks related to MSP tools, control-plane dependencies, and SOC continuity; conceptual design reviews focusing on security architecture and data flows; gap prioritization for privileged access, segmentation, and audit gaps; remediation planning aligned to risk tolerance and budget; program management of strategy implementation with internal and external partners; Zero Trust implementation; standards maintenance; leadership support with security trade-offs; cross-functional collaboration to ensure GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA adherence; vendor and compliance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- at least 3 years specifically in a security architecture or senior engineering role
- Technical experience with cloud security (AWS preferred), IAM/PAM solutions, and SOC/SIEM operations
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical risks to senior leadership
