Job Summary

Assess application security risks, evaluate configurations and access controls, and support risk-based recommendations for enterprise platforms including Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce. Collaborate with clients and project teams to design security frameworks, analyze findings, and develop reports for technical and business audiences. Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and the growth of R8dius' Application Security capabilities while continuously expanding knowledge of identity and access management.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and application security principles, including identity and access management, role-based security, access controls, and risk management concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and develop practical recommendations
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset, commitment to delivering high-quality work, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
  • 2-5 years of experience in Application Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), GRC Access Controls, or a related cybersecurity discipline
  • Experience assessing security risks and controls within enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of application security governance, user access management, role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and security and compliance leading practices
  • Experience supporting application security assessments, access control reviews, security remediation efforts, or advisory engagements
  • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance processes
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and associated security considerations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate security risks and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work in a client-facing environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous professional development

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an asset
  • An understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts, including Segregation of Duties (SoD), user access management, and security governance, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation is considered an asset
  • Exposure to GRC Access Controls, IAM, SoD analysis, application security assessments, or cloud security concepts
  • Progress toward security or cloud certifications such as Security+, SC-900, AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar credentials
  • Experience with GRC Access Controls, SoD analysis, user access reviews, security role design, or ERP security implementations
  • Exposure to business process controls, cloud security, or compliance programs
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, SC-100, AZ-500, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, SAP Security, Oracle Security, or equivalent certifications in progress
