Job Summary
Cybersecurity Analyst to support the DSCM program in Arlington, VA (onsite 5 days a week). Responsibilities include supporting the Security Standards & Baselines (SSB) within the TIE Office, identifying and implementing workflows, and applying security controls such as FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, CIS Benchmarks, and DISA STIGs. The role involves communicating complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, researching and documenting threat vectors, coaching teammates, developing security bulletins and baseline documents, evaluating technologies for secure configurations, collaborating with internal/external partners, streamlining processes for mission objectives, and managing SharePoint content. Required qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and one of several security certifications, U.S. citizenship, and an Active Secret clearance with suitability for Top Secret. Preferred qualifications include automation experience, AI tool usage, strong technical writing, and cloud or directory services experience. The compensation includes a salary range of $90,000-$103,000 plus comprehensive benefits, with on-site location at 1801 North Lynn St, Arlington, VA. The post notes contingent status based on customer approval and that no hybrid/telework is allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; HS with 4 additional years acceptable in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Must possess or obtain one of the following certifications: CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP, Security+ CE, CySA+, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
