Job Summary
Cybersecurity Analyst – Operations Watch Analyst responsible for monitoring, investigating, and mitigating cyber incidents across DoD network environments; maintain CJCSM 6510.01B compliance; develop and maintain SOPs; perform network/digital forensics; use Splunk/Elastic for log correlation; develop IDS/IPS signatures; provide 24/7 incident response coverage; Tier 1–3 responsibilities with potential lead duties; requires DoD security clearance, DoD-specific knowledge, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience
- associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience
- major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience
- 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Willingness to travel up to 15% globally, including short-notice deployments
- Must hold an IAT Level II (Tier 1 and 2) or IAT Level III (Tier 3) certification (per DoD 8570.01-M) and PWS certification requirements
- Clearance Level: Secret with upgrade to TS/SCI
