Job Summary
Evaluate existing security solutions for effectiveness and compliance, translating global headquarters standards into optimized regional IT guidelines. Conduct comprehensive security architecture reviews to identify gaps, lead enterprise-wide risk assessments to prioritize threats, and maintain the security risk register to drive closure of outstanding items. Collaborate with security operations teams during incidents to minimize business impact, partner with business and IT leaders to align mitigation strategies, and assess regional cybersecurity maturity to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize service delivery with key IT partners while defining regional cybersecurity KPIs based on global metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2~7 years of experience as Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewalls, DLP, NAC, SAC, DAC, Webfilter, VPN, SOC and vulnerability management tools
- Common understanding of international security frameworks and standards, such as ISO27001, TISAX
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts for non-technical audiences
- Working Conditions: This position is primarily office-based and may require occasional travel or extended hours based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Track record of driving security projects to completion, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
- Prior experience serving as regional or global liaison for cybersecurity initiatives
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related discipline
- Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, TISAX Assessor
