Job Summary
Cybersecurity Analyst responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing security standards, policies, and initiatives at the New Castle, PA facility with occasional travel to supported facilities regionally, domestically, Canada, and Mexico. Key duties include designing and enhancing security administration policies, providing security recommendations to protect against threats, following up on remediation activities, managing corporate email protections, staying informed on cybersecurity trends, supporting and maintaining the cybersecurity platform (vulnerability management, risk management, DLP, endpoint and email protection, SIEM, training), detecting and analyzing threats, assisting employees with cybersecurity needs, handling problem tickets and security alerts, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, evaluating security products/services, and complying with company policies and safety regulations. Required experience includes 3+ years in cybersecurity or information systems, familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, NIST 800-53, ISO, and hands-on use of vulnerability scanning tools like Nessus, privilege account management tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in cybersecurity, computer science or related discipline, relevant certificates (Security+ Certification, etc.), or related field or equivalent experience.
