Job Summary
Lead global OT security strategy for a 95B consumer packaging company, protecting hundreds of manufacturing plants and supply chain sites while enabling digital transformation. Govern testing frameworks and design governance standards for OT reference architecture, including next-generation firewalls, EDR, and process whitelisting. Manage full-time and external resources to implement security controls across thousands of facilities, distribution centers, and digital twin sites. Establish automated testing frameworks and mature the OT security metrics library for reporting. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership to balance operational resiliency, safety, and cyber risk across ICS, SCADA, and IIoT environments. Ensure alignment with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST frameworks, and food manufacturing regulations. Manage third-party vendors and integrate partners to ensure compliance with OT standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive OT engineering, technology or cybersecurity leadership experience
- 8+ years leading Operational Technology or Industrial Control System engineering or security
- Experience within global manufacturing organizations
- Experience supporting multi-site global manufacturing environments
- Executive leadership experience managing global cybersecurity teams
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise OT cybersecurity programs
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Ability to effectively manage an international team of experts
- Ability to effectively work with remote teams in different regions of the world
- Strong vendor management abilities
