Job Summary
Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components including Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, and PSMP while performing version upgrades to ensure platform stability. Handle onboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, and application/service accounts, administering safes to manage the privileged account lifecycle. Support DR activities including failover and failback within CyberArk PAM, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders for design, deployment, and enhancement of PAM solutions. Generate reports using CyberArk tools and customize connection components or plugins as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in CyberArk/PAM
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS components
- Experience in account onboarding across Windows, Linux, and databases
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL
- Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and MFA (SAML, Azure SSO)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to perform CyberArk upgrades and manage platform changes independently
- Ability to work closely with project teams and customers to enhance PAM solutions
- Ability to execute DR activities (failover/failback) effectively
