Job Summary
Collaborate with multi-faceted teams to plan, organize, and execute technical operations supporting priority mission requirements, including drafting operational correspondences and coordinating briefings for senior leadership. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS for factory acceptance tests (FATs) and technical exchange meetings with partners to guide field personnel and manage operational objectives. Manage the full lifecycle of cyber operations from concept to deployment, integrating technical tools and assessing data flow risks. Maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and hold a Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in relevant technical disciplines. This role offers bonus compensation for cyber events and training, including Capture the Flag competitions and certification courses, within a high-performing engineering department focused on national security missions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position
- Working knowledge of cyber operation capabilities and lifecycle, collection and other technical operations, including knowledge of dataset flows and associated technical risk assessment frameworks to support mission
- 5+ years' experience designing, implementing and managing cyber or other technical operations from initial concept to full deployment and to include development of technical tools or integrating the development of tools into operation, access, coordination with partners and drafting operational approvals
- Ability to conceive, prepare for, and conduct technical exchange meetings (TEMs) and/or factory acceptance test (FATs) with varying levels of leadership and partners
- Demonstrated familiarity with customer systems, processes and practices to create memo correspondence and informal communications with the field and mission partners, as well as contribute to the operational process documentation
- Demonstrated experience with customer tools and data repositories
- Experience working closely with internal and external mission partners
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills; be able to work in a high-impact, busy office and work well in an open, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated experience preparing documentation
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging team environment
- Strong written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills, including experience coordinating and deconflicting operations at all levels
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures and to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
