Job Summary
Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications on TTO 8 while leading design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies to provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations by developing technical documentation and system architecture design documentation. Develop system engineering management plans, system integration, and test plans to guide development and implementation planning. Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and assume ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables. Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to manage complex hardware and software system components. This role requires at least 20 years of Systems Engineering experience with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. The position offers a salary range of $176,000 - $282,000 and includes enhanced benefits for dependents, up to 25 days of PTO, and bonus plan eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity, with demonstrated expertise in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- In lieu of a degree, an additional five (5) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
