Job Summary
Monitor, analyze, and detect cyber events across enterprise systems and networks while supporting integrated, dynamic cyber defense operations. Develop frameworks to measure and quantify cyber risk and determine security requirements by evaluating business needs and conducting system assessments. Implement advanced security systems, including intrusion detection methodologies and key management, and verify solutions through test scripts. Strengthen enterprise security posture by monitoring compliance, conducting incident response analysis, and delivering security training programs. Design, develop, and integrate DoD IA architectures across computing, network, and enclave environments to ensure mission-ready system architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI with poly
- Technical direction for the development
- Engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting system requirements reviews
- Developing concepts of operation and interface standards
- Developing system architectures
- Performing technical/nontechnical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis
- Developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systems
- Developing technical documentation for issues and/or training
Additional Requirements
- Must have TS/SCI clearance
