Job Summary
Cyber Systems Administrator role at Northrop Grumman based in Tampa, FL. Responsible for providing Tier 1 (and Tier 2 escalation) IT support including Domain, System, and Network Administration, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and user experience, and effective cross-team communication. The position requires on-site work on a Panama schedule (12-hour shifts with a rotating day/night pattern) and a current US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance to start and stay active. DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification is required prior to start. Qualifications include a Master's Degree with experience (or a Bachelor's with experience; or Associate's with more experience; or High School Diploma with substantial IT experience). Preferred experience includes on-premise virtualization (vCenter/ESXi), Horizon, Teradici, Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket/Bamboo administration, ELK and SolarWinds monitoring, Cisco/NSX networking, NetApp/Synology storage, VEEAM backup, and Active Directory/AD-related services. Relocation assistance may be available. Salary range is provided as a primary level guideline and will consider the candidate’s experience and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of IT experience
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
- DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with virtualization (vCenter/ESXi), Horizon, Teradici, Dell Wyse, etc.
- Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, AD, GPOs, LDAP, MS Exchange, MS SQL, WSUS)
- Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, SolarWinds)
- At least some experience with Cisco/VMware NSX, NetApp, and backup solutions (VEEAM)
- Security clearance and US citizenship requirements
