Job Summary

Design and implement leading-edge analytical methodologies, tools, and policies to ensure a cyber-secure environment. Apply advanced principles to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access, corruption, or misuse while maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Investigate and escalate cybersecurity incidents to ensure timely containment and resolution in alignment with federal requirements. Manage security technologies including monitoring tools, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms to enhance organizational resilience. Provide expert counsel on complex security problems and enforce secure baselines across the system lifecycle. Requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with 12 years of experience or Masters Degree with 10 years Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or University
  • Active DoD IAM and/or IAT Level III
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • SecurityX
  • Security+
  • Proficient in applying configuration management tools and practices to maintain system integrity, enforce secure baselines, and ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity requirements across all phases of the system lifecycle
  • Proven capability to identify, investigate, and escalate cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely containment, resolution, and compliance with reporting protocols
  • Skilled in applying structured response methodologies to minimize impact and strengthen organizational resilience
  • Skilled in implementing and managing security technologies, including monitoring tools, endpoint protection, IAM systems, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence platforms to enhance cybersecurity resilience
  • Understanding of NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and CNSSI 1253 for system authorization
  • Active TS SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
