Job Summary

Formulate cyber strategies to meet evolving technological requirements and lead security audits ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to integrate security practices, develop and update security policies, and draft technical articles supporting company growth. Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, support sales through demos and customer visits, and act as CISO for the Richland Fuel business unit. Travel as required to implement, train, and support operations. May mentor less experienced Cyber Security Specialists. This role requires advanced project management experience, crisis management capabilities, and knowledge of Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems. Candidates must hold certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or Security+ and possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices
  • Good technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security context
  • Strong technical expertise, with deep knowledge in advanced cyber security principles, tools, and practices
  • Ability to solve complex security challenges
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and mentor team
  • Experience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems and associated computing environments
  • IT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
  • Travel as required to implement, train, and support
  • Offers are contingent on background check and drug screen (where applicable)

Desired Qualifications

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Crisis management and response activities knowledge
  • Risk analysis and management experience
  • Advanced project management experience with certificates
  • Ability to run meetings and presentations to executive staff
  • Produce policy and technical procedural documentation
  • May mentor less experienced Cyber Security Specialists
