Job Summary
Manage cyber security architecture services with end-to-end customer journey visibility, focusing on preventing internal and external fraud while mitigating cyber security and information security risks. Apply knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001/27002 to govern compliance requirements including LGPD and PCI DSS. Execute security by design principles, oversee application and cloud security, and lead incident response and vulnerability management activities. Analyze security indicators and risks to drive action plans within a hybrid work model. This role supports the Santander Cyber Security & Anti-Fraud team, aligning with the bank's digital transformation strategy and global impact on 140 million lives.
Required Qualifications
- Conhecimento em frameworks de Cyber Security, como NIST CSF, CIS Controls e ISO 27001/27002
- Conhecimento em Gestão de Riscos e Segurança da Informação
- Conhecimento de Governança, Compliance e requisitos regulatórios, como LGPD e PCI DSS
- Conhecimento de Security by Design e conceitos de desenvolvimento seguro (SSDLC)
- Noções de Application Security, Cloud Security e Arquitetura de Segurança
- Conhecimento de IAM, Vulnerability Management e Incident Response
- Capacidade de acompanhar e analisar indicadores de segurança, riscos e planos de ação
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Perfil analítico, consultivo e colaborativo
- Capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de demandas
- Proatividade e interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em cibersegurança
- Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes áreas e equipes multidisciplinares
- Orientação para riscos e necessidades do negócio
Desired Qualifications
- Experiência em ambientes ágeis e transformação digital
- Vivência em setores regulados, especialmente no setor financeiro
- Conhecimento em Cloud Security, Data Security ou GenAI Security
- Experiência em atividades relacionadas a Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance ou Security Business Partner
- Certificações ou cursos relacionados à Segurança da Informação
