Job Summary
Lead end-to-end cybersecurity project management across ASIA regions, driving initiatives from initiation through closure while establishing clear documentation and run books. Define project scope, costs, success criteria, and dependencies with stakeholders, then manage execution through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases using Agile or waterfall methodologies. Maintain RACI matrices, traceability logs, and RAID trackers to ensure compliance with security standards and adherence to budgets and deadlines. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, 5-8 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or waterfall frameworks.

- Strong Leadership and team building capabilities
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies [e.g., Agile, scrum, waterfall]
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Security domain [Access and Identity management, Privilege Access management, Detect & React, Vulnerability Management, Network security & Data protection security]
- Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Education: bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Program / Project Management role, preferably security domain IT projects
