Cyber Security Operations Specialist III

Provide cyber threat intelligence services by collecting, fusing, and analyzing data from government entities, commercial feeds, and open sources to deliver situational awareness. Develop and disseminate reports and tippers to stakeholders based on system events and incidents. Execute advanced cybersecurity analytics to identify trends, anomalous activity, and threats, while generating operational recommendations, visualizations, and custom signatures. Implement and monitor security measures for communication systems and networks, ensuring adherence to established standards and governmental requirements. Design data network security measures, operate intrusion detection and forensics, and develop continuity of operation and disaster recovery plans. Support junior technicians and lead tasks or projects within integrated teams, providing guidance on established security protocols. Operate the Electronic Key Management System and Public Key Infrastructure. Work individually or as part of teams, requiring direction only for new or uncertain situations. Perform duties on an expanded 12x5 service support level with two-hour response times during non-core hours.
